YouTube API Services
The Service integrates YouTube API Services. By connecting Your YouTube account through the Google/YouTube OAuth authorization flow, You explicitly authorize Influence4You to access certain data associated with Your YouTube channel.
In using YouTube API Services, both Influence4You and You agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Any information accessed through the YouTube API is used and handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Data We Access — channel identity and profile information; channel statistics (subscriber count, view count, video count); video-level public metrics and performance data; and, where authorized, aggregated audience and analytics data.
How We Use It — solely to provide Our Service: display channel and content statistics, evaluate influencer profiles and campaign performance, and generate analytics and reporting for brand and influencer users.
Storage and Retention — data is stored securely on Our servers and refreshed periodically through the API. We retain this data only for as long as Your account remains connected and active.
Sharing — We do not sell Your YouTube data. We do not share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the Service, and never for advertising purposes.
Revoking Access and Deletion — You may revoke the Service's access to Your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page. Upon revocation, or upon closure of Your Account, We will delete the YouTube data We have stored within thirty (30) days. You may also request deletion at help@influence4you.com.
Facebook Graph API
By connecting your Facebook account and accepting the required permissions, you give us access to the list of your Facebook pages and related Instagram account and data depending on the permissions you allowed. You can disconnect the Facebook app in the "Social Networks" section of "My Account". You can also remove the Influence4You Facebook App in the Business Integrations at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely.
